1. Return
Currently, Leafy Nursery does not offer any return policy. In case of a damaged or defective product, a replacement of a new plant will be provided without returning the plant.
Please send us photos of damaged plants through the registered email address nurseryleafy@gmail.com. The plant name, damaged parts of the plant with Leafy Nursery Sticker, and Bill must be visible in a single photo. It’s important to share the Photos within 24 hours after the delivery.
After checking all the relevant photos, the Leafy Nursery team will decide whether it is eligible for replacement.
2. Refund
Orders placed, delivered, and accepted by the customer cannot be refunded.
If the order is not as per specification or if any mistake happened while placing the order, don’t hesitate to get in touch with our Leafy Nursery team or email nurseryleafy@gmail.com within 24 hours.
